JG Superrun Rubber Private Limited (Formerly SUPERRUN PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED) is incorporated in the year 1986 with a sole aim to manufacture Tyres & Tubes for Automotive vehicles.Started production of Natural Rubber Tubes in the year 1988. The company started supplies of N.R tubes to the O.E Manufacturers like M/s TVS Suzuki Limited, Hosur , Bajaj Auto Limited, Enfield Motors, Singampunari since 1990. Due to the Growing demands in supply for N.R tubes to the O.E and replacement market, we established another firm named as Jy.R.P Industries by early 2003.We Challenged ISO: 9001 – 2008 in the year 2011 to till now. We Achieved National Product Certification by Bureau Of Indian Standards from the Year 2012.
We have two state of art manufacturing units producing automotive inner Tubes which are located in Tamil Nadu’s second largest and biggest SIDCO Industrial Estate at Kappalur. Following the first unit the second one is located in the Fast Growing Industrial Village at T.Kunnathur near Thirumangalam on the Main highways of Kollam – Thirumangalam Road towards Rajapalayam.

RUBBER JAWS

Our rubber jaws are made with high precision and better polymer properties. This rubber jaws are used specially for joining the cut ends of inner tubes. As they undergo deformation and stress, they need to be replaced regularly.We have Rubber Jaws of 140, 160, 215, 255,290,390,510 all in mm lengths with standard width & thickness.

FLAP

Our flaps are designed and developed to withstand heat generated by the rims through the tyres. Hence our flaps protect the tube from excessive heat giving a better air tension to the inner tubes.

CURING BAGS

Curing bags are used to inflate tyres to their correct shape during retreading process. The curing bag plays a vital role during this process and set the tyre at the desired and prescribed shape.
